On Saturday 17th of January, from 17:00 to 17:30, LF Fabrics brings a living scene to Paris.
At Rue de Furstemberg, a place of history and silence, linen becomes movement, light and meaning.

​

Inspired by Jeanne d’Arc, this performance is not a reenactment, but a poetic interpretation —
a dialogue between strength and fragility, heritage and modernity.

Rather than opening a permanent showroom in Paris,
LF Fabrics deliberately chose a different presence:
an ephemeral act, open to all, rooted in connection and sustainability.

The fabrics presented are woven and finished in Belgium, born from a deep respect for:

• short supply chains

• zero waste production

• natural and noble materials

​

This act stands for connection — between people, places and materials —
and for beauty as a conscious choice,
an invitation to look at what surrounds us with renewed care and attention.

Le samedi 17 janvier, de 17h à 17h30, LF Fabrics présente une scène vivante à Paris.
À la rue de Furstemberg, lieu chargé d’histoire et de retenue,
le lin devient mouvement, lumière et expression.

Inspirée par Jeanne d’Arc, cette performance n’est pas une reconstitution,
mais une interprétation poétique —
un dialogue entre force et fragilité, héritage et contemporanéité.

Plutôt que d’ouvrir un showroom permanent à Paris,

LF Fabrics a fait le choix d’une autre présence :
un geste éphémère, accessible à tous, fondé sur le lien et la durabilité.

Les tissus présentés sont tissés et ennoblis en Belgique,
issus d’un engagement profond envers :

• les circuits courts

• le zéro déchet

• les matières naturelles et nobles

Cette performance incarne la connexion — entre les personnes, les lieux et la matière —
et défend la beauté comme choix conscient,

une invitation à regarder le monde qui nous entoure avec plus d’attention et de sens.

Aan de Rue de Furstemberg, een plek van geschiedenis en verstilling,
wordt linnen beweging, licht en betekenis.

Geïnspireerd door Jeanne d’Arc is deze performance geen reconstructie,
maar een poëtische interpretatie —
een samenspel van kracht en kwetsbaarheid, erfgoed en hedendaags vakmanschap.

In plaats van te kiezen voor een permanente showroom in Parijs,
besliste LF Fabrics bewust om anders aanwezig te zijn:
met een tijdelijke, open daad die staat voor verbinding en duurzaamheid.

De getoonde stoffen worden geweven en afgewerkt in België,
met een diep respect voor:

• korte ketens

• zero waste productie

• natuurlijke en eerlijke materialen

Deze performance staat voor verbinding — tussen mensen, plaatsen en materialen —
en voor schoonheid als bewuste keuze,
een uitnodiging om de wereld om ons heen met nieuwe ogen te bekijken.
