There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing our fabrics come to life in beautiful, lived-in spaces. We are truly grateful to every architect, designer and private client who welcomes us in after completion — allowing us to capture the atmosphere, textures and quiet elegance of each project. Below is a selection of those special moments. Would you like your own project to be photographed? We’re always happy to make that happen — just reach out.

Project 01 — Koekelare Designed by Artique Featuring LF Trading Fabrics

In this renovation, a compact home was thoughtfully extended to the rear, creating light, flow and stillness.Architect Artique shaped a space that feels both open and intimate – using soft arches, thickened walls and careful attention to proportion and detail.

The choice of fabrics enhances that quiet elegance: George, a rich wool-linen blend, softens the clean lines of a contemporary sofa.Emma, a 100% Belgian linen in double width, brings airiness, texture and natural light into the room.

A space with soul – where materials speak and comfort feels effortless.

Project 02 — Beerst Designed by F.L. Featuring LF Trading Fabrics

In the heart of the quiet countryside of Beerst Blote, this beautifully restored farmhouse finds new life through a timeless and refined interior.Designer F.L. opted for warm, honest materials – bringing softness into the robust bones of the old home.

Fabrics from our Douce and George collections set the tone, combining earthy colours with subtle texture and warmth. The curtains, made from pure heavyweight hemp, fall with striking elegance. Despite their weight, the bedrooms feel fresh and airy – a calm contrast created by the thoughtful use of natural fibres and subdued tones.

One of the highlights is the use of Emma Stripe on custom-made lampshades – paired with hand-sewn fringes, it’s a subtle detail that elevates the entire space. Every element was carefully chosen, every textile in perfect balance.

A unique and high-end project, where heritage meets contemporary comfort. Pure, grounded, and quietly luxurious.

Private Residence Designed by Woodstoxx Featuring LF Trading Fabrics

Tucked away in nature and set far from the street, this sleek modern home didn’t need privacy. But it did need softness. To bring warmth and intimacy to the clean architecture, curtains were added — and Claudette turned out to be the perfect choice.

Semi-transparent, light and effortlessly elegant, Claudette flows beautifully in the space — even in the bathroom, where the same airy fabric creates visual calm and cohesion.

With young children in the house, the family opted for our Popeye outdoor fabric on the sofas. It looks and feels completely natural — but it’s ultra-practical: washable, durable, and even bleach-cleanable when needed.

Quiet luxury meets real-life practicality. That’s how we like it.

Coastal Home, BelgiumDesigned by D.D.Featuring LF Trading Fabrics

This serene coastal home in Belgium began exactly the right way — with the fabrics.Colours, textures and tones were chosen first, guiding the entire palette of paint and finishes.

The result is a harmonious, tone-on-tone interior where sandy hues and layered materials offer both calm and depth. In the kitchen, Louisa, a semi-transparent linen, adds a breezy softness, while the living area features a fresh Jack bouclé on a sculptural Edra sofa. The curved sofa by Flemish Tradition, upholstered in Poppy, adds a joyful touch with its subtle, butterfly-like colour play.In the bedrooms and laundry room, Celeste brings a slightly denser, cosier feel — still semi-transparent, but with more body than Louisa downstairs. And outside?

The Pablo bouclé wraps the outdoor seating, chosen for its texture and all-season durability. It stays out year-round, bringing a true sense of holiday to the everyday.Thoughtful choices, well-crafted textures — and the luxury of simplicityGrowth
